£800 for 8 sessions over 4 months.

The first session is 90 minutes.

All other sessions are 50-60 minutes.

One-off sessions are not available to book but can be arranged on request for clients who have already completed a course of 8 sessions and feel they would benefit from a refresher or catch up session.

Webinars on focused topics will be advertised ad hoc with a link to sign-up for a small fee.

Once we have agreed to work together you will be sent an invoice with a link to complete your payment before out first session.

Receipts will be provided via email.
